This is the first time we’ve ever dropped a Rover built entirely in Dyneema®. Not just the exterior. Both the exterior and interior are made from this absurdly expensive, insanely strong material. Honestly, when the rolls showed up at DEFY we’re pretty sure they delivered them in a Brinks truck.

The exterior is Black Dyneema®, stealthy and understated until the light hits that hypnotic grid pattern. Inside, White Dyneema® turns the interior into something almost futuristic. Bright, technical, lightweight and incredibly strong. The contrast between the two materials feels like opening the hatch on some classified piece of gear.

Dyneema® isn’t for everyone. Some people see it and just see fabric. The people who get it understand it’s one of the lightest and strongest materials on the planet, which is exactly why we became obsessed with the idea of building a full Rover from it.

The Rover remains what it has always been: a clean, over-engineered daily backpack handcrafted in Chicago using military-grade construction techniques, water-resistant YKK AquaGuard® zippers, closed-cell foam laptop protection, and enough structure to handle years of abuse without turning into a saggy mess.

Lightweight. Ridiculously strong. A little unhinged financially, but worth every penny!
